ESCURSIONE DEL 07/08/2011 il Monte Belfiore, le sue malghe e il Monte Tomba

Giro in alta Lessinia sul Monte Belfiore, poco conosciuto, ricco di malghe e di storia in un alternarsi di prati e boschi.
Si parte da Maregge (1264m) dove prendiamo subito il sentiero europeo E5 che terremo fino a una vecchia stalla posizionata 100m prima di contrada Brutti (1243m) da cui volteremo a sinistra per giungere a contrada Rolli (1285m) che supereremo tenendo a sinistra seguendo un antico sentiero. Arriviamo in discreta salita ad un edificio chiamato Casetta (1332m) dove nel retro vi è un arbio monolitico del 1763. Proseguiamo sempre in salita per giungere a malga Belfiore di qua (1425m) e malga Belfiore di sotto. Ritorniamo in salita a malga Belfiore di Cima (1483m). Qui vedremo antichi faggi di 150/200 anni. Proseguiamo a nord-est e giungiamo a malga Monticello (1482m). Proseguiamo per malga Bazerna (1489m) che superiamo per seguire una carrareccia a nord con direzione Malga Campolevà di Sopra (1632m) che raggiungiamo attraversando la strada asfaltata. Da qui ci dirigiamo al Rifugio Primaneve sul monte Tomba (1766m) dove è prevista la sosta.
Torniamo in discesa a sud per sentiero rettilineo raggiungendo l'hotel Piccole Dolomiti da cui, attraversando la strada asfaltata torniamo a malga Belfiore di qua da dove saliamo sul monte Belfiore (1425m) e scendiamo per ripida discesa fino all'imbocco precedente del sent. E5.
